Woof-Wise Limited - 6-Week Puppy Class Terms and Conditions

Enrollment and Payment:

1. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of enrollment to secure your spot in the 6-week puppy class.

2. Refunds: Refunds will not be provided after the first class. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the discretion of Woof-Wise Limited.

Class Attendance: 3. Punctuality: Owners are expected to arrive on time for each class to ensure a smooth start.

1. Missed Classes: Missed classes are non-refundable. However, make-up sessions may be available at the discretion of the trainer.

Health and Safety: 5. Vaccinations: All puppies must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Proof of vaccinations may be requested.

1. Health Concerns: Owners are responsible for informing Woof-Wise Limited of any health concerns or behavioral issues related to their puppy.

Behavior and Conduct: 7. Positive Reinforcement: Owners are expected to use positive reinforcement techniques as instructed during the class.

1. Respect: Owners are required to respect the trainer, other owners, and their puppies. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Liability: 9. Injuries or Damages: Woof-Wise Limited is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during or after the 6-week puppy class.

Photography and Promotion: 10. Photography: Woof-Wise Limited reserves the right to take photographs or videos during classes for promotional purposes. Owners who do not wish to have their images used must inform the trainer.

Cancellation by Woof-Wise Limited: 11. Cancellation: Woof-Wise Limited reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, efforts will be made to provide alternative arrangements or a refund.

By enrolling in the 6-week puppy class, owners acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. Woof-Wise Limited reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary.
