Puppy Prodigy Package - Terms and Conditions

1. Package Overview:

  • The Puppy Prodigy Package offered by Woof Wise includes five (5) 1-2-1 training sessions and entry into our 6-week puppy course.

2. Scheduling:

  • 1-2-1 sessions and the puppy course must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Sessions must be scheduled within 4 months from the date of package purchase.

3. 1-2-1 Sessions:

  • The five 1-2-1 sessions are designed to address specific training goals and behavioral concerns.

  • Sessions will be conducted at a location agreed upon by the client and Woof Wise.

4. Puppy Course:

  • The 6-week puppy course covers essential commands, socialization, and positive reinforcement techniques.

  • Participants must adhere to the schedule provided for the puppy course.

5. Payment:

  • Full payment for the Puppy Prodigy Package is due at the time of booking.

  • Payments are non-refundable once the package has been initiated.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of 1-2-1 sessions.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling of the puppy course are subject to the terms outlined in the course's specific terms and conditions.

7. Refunds:

  • Refunds for the Puppy Prodigy Package will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a processing fee.

8. Completion of Package:

  • The Puppy Prodigy Package must be completed within 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Unused sessions or courses after this period will be forfeited without refund.

9. Transferability:

  • The Puppy Prodigy Package is non-transferable and cannot be shared among multiple puppies or clients.

10. Health and Safety:

  • Puppies must be up-to-date on vaccinations and in good health to participate in 1-2-1 sessions and the puppy course unless express permission has been given to the client by Woof Wise.

11. Agreement to Terms:

  • By purchasing the Puppy Prodigy Package, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

Woof Wise reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions as necessary. Clients are encouraged to review them regularly.
