Woof-Wise Limited - Puppy 1-2-1 Training Sessions Terms and Conditions
Enrollment and Payment:
Payment: Full payment is required in advance to secure a Puppy 1-2-1 Training Session.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Session Dates and Times: Session dates and times will be mutually agreed upon by the client and Woof-Wise Limited.
Rescheduling: Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability
Vaccinations: All puppies must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Proof of vaccinations may be requested.
Health Concerns: Owners are responsible for informing Woof-Wise Limited of any health concerns or behavioral issues related to their puppy.
Assessment: The initial consultation may include a behavioral assessment to tailor the training approach to the puppy's temperament and needs.
Positive Reinforcement: Woof-Wise Limited uses positive reinforcement techniques during training sessions, promoting a force-free and enjoyable learning experience for the puppy.
Training Log: Woof-Wise Limited will maintain a training log, documenting each session's activities, progress, and recommendations.
Client Feedback: Clients are encouraged to provide feedback on the puppy's progress and overall satisfaction with the training.
Participation: Owners are expected to actively participate in the training sessions, following guidance provided by Woof-Wise Limited.
Home Practice: Owners are responsible for practicing and reinforcing training exercises between sessions.
Injuries or Damages: Woof-Wise Limited is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during or after the Puppy 1-2-1 Training Sessions.
Photography: Woof-Wise Limited may take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional purposes. Clients who do not wish to have their images used must inform the trainer.
Resources: Clients will have access to training materials and resources for continued support after the completion of Puppy 1-2-1 Training Sessions.
By enrolling in Puppy 1-2-1 Training Sessions with Woof-Wise Limited, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. Woof-Wise Limited reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary.
